Primary Responsibilities

  • Managing the rough-in construction process with heavy involvement in the MEP’s.
  • Planning, managing, and coordination of the construction process from framing through drywall of buildings, on a timely and economic basis.
  • Ensuring that the contractor’s work is performed in accordance with contractual and quality obligations.
  • Assisting the Project Executive/Manager in managing subordinate staff, overseeing the quality of construction, and ensuring safety on the job site.
  • Proactively looks for any issues that could impede progress and takes responsibility for solving them.

Requirements

  • Ability to effectively and professionally communicate with a diverse group of individuals.
  • Capacity to review and interpret the plans, specifications and contracts as they relate to each individual trade involved in the construction of the project.
  • Comprehending the means and methods of construction associated with 3-story to 5-story, wood frame construction, along with the proper function and fitness of purpose of the final product.
  • Knowledge of and ability to follow and enforce all OSHA guidelines.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Essential to possess a solid work ethic, ability to work independently, and a desire to be in a leadership position.

Qualifications and Requirements

Seeking a Project Engineer with educational background in Construction Management. This position works with our team of Project Superintendents and Project Managers to assist with on-site supervision, bidding, and project management for industrial and office construction.
 

  • Assist Project Manager in creating, updating, and utilizing schedule information to help determine required materials, subcontractor scheduling, staffing, and other aspects of project management.
  • Assist Estimating department in plan take offs, specification review, cost gathering, preparation of estimates and proposals.
  • Ensure proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) are worn.

Senior Interior Designer

Our client is a leading Denver-based interior design firm in luxury residential interiors. We are looking for an experienced full-time senior designer to join their team. The ideal designer has extensive project management, interior design and AutoCAD experience as well as being self-motivated, an excellent communicator, detail oriented, and willing to embrace our fast-paced environment. The right candidate must also have a positive attitude and enjoy working as part of a close-knit team.

Requirements

  • Develop and design projects through completion with minimal review and supervision.
  • Prepare and coordinate with the design team.
  • Conceptualize and create design ideas through 3D visualization, mood boards and hand-sketching.
  • Develop space plans, furniture layouts, and finish schedules.
  • Selections and specifications of finish materials and furniture.
  • Track time by task and client.
  • Prepare design and construction documents.
  • Communicate with clients, contractors and vendors as needed by phone, email and in person.
  • Ability to site measurements and jobsite evaluations with clients and contractors.
  • Lead project meetings and client presentations.
  • Organize and prioritize projects with project management team.
  • Review contractor drawings and submittals.
  • Assist and/or oversee installations.
  • Mentoring and management of junior and intermediate designers.

Additional Qualifications

  • Commercial and residential interior design experience preferred.
  • Excellent oral, written and graphic communication skills.
  • Run design project on time.
  • Strong knowledge of the design process including specifications of materials, FF&E, and project management.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, PowerPoint, Asana, Slack, Google Apps, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Desire and ability to work in a creative, service-oriented environment, and prioritize while performing on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Team-oriented.
  • Must be able to work independently.
